Winds of The Mustang

Nepal / Himalayas / Mustang This essay is inspired by my last sunset in the Lower Mustang. The geology of this region is shaped by wind and water, turning stone into dust. The beautiful carvings of Tibetan prayers etched into tablets, and placed at chorten, are only temporary. That is the nature of our existence. (47 images)
